Booking & Availability: All event coverage and photoshoots require a completed consultation, signed contract, and non-refundable retainer and or deposit. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until all booking requirements are met.

Location & Travel: TDMT Photography is based in New Bedford, MA, I work out of The Kilburn Mill, select local studios and on location, studio sessions are chosen based on the style and needs of your session. Travel fees may apply and will be disclosed during consultation.

How do I secure my date? To finalize your booking, a non-refundable retainer and or deposit, and a signed contract are required. This retainer secures your date on my calendar and is applied toward your final balance. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once all booking requirements are complete.

Coverage & Image Delivery: Image counts vary based on event length, size, lighting conditions, creative discretion, and choice of photoshoot package
A specific number of images is not guaranteed in every circumstance and will be noted in your final agreement. Final images are delivered via a private online gallery within the timeframe outlined in the contract. Clients will also have the option to purchase prints and USB drive storage.

Usage & Copyright: TDMT Photography retains full copyright to all images. Clients receive a limited usage license as outlined in the contract and an official print release. Commercial, promotional, or editorial usage beyond the agreed scope requires additional licensing. Work for hire agreements are also available for businesses and corporations.

Can I bring my own props? Yes, it is highly encouraged if that is your preference, and will be discussed during your consultation.
