Booking & PaymentsReservation: A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date.
Payment: We accept Cash, Credit, and Debit; personal checks are not accepted.
Cancellations: Full refunds (minus the retainer) are provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Arrival: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Beyond this, the session may be forfeited without a refund.
Deliverables & EditingTimeline: Final edited images are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks, depending on services received.
Edits: One round of reasonable re-editing is included. RAW or unedited files are never released unless contracted otherwise.
Style: The photographer’s artistic editing style is final and will not be significantly altered upon request outside of my skillset.
Rights & Usage Usage: Images are for personal use only (printing and social media). Selling or commercial use is prohibited.
Copyright: TDMT Photography retains full copyright and intellectual property rights for all images.
Alterations: Applying filters or AI tools to the final delivered images is strictly prohibited.

Client Experience & SafetySafety: Clients assume full responsibility for their safety and release the photographer from liability for injuries. Clients will not be directed to do unsafe poses or go into unstable areas/ landscapes.
Marketing: We may use images for promotional purposes unless you specify otherwise in the questionnaire.
